Volodymyr Mykolayovych Oliynyk (born April 16, 1957, Buzivka, Zhashkivskyi district, Cherkasy region, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Ukrainian pro-Russian politician, former People's Deputy of Ukraine, member of the Party of Regions faction (since December 2012), Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Committee on Legislative Support for Law Enforcement Activities (since December 2012). Lawyer by education; Candidate of Historical Sciences. Former mayor of Cherkasy. Co-author of laws on dictatorship. As of December 2015, he is hiding in Moscow. One of the organizers of the anti-Ukrainian "Committee for the Salvation of Ukraine".
